The flourless chocolate torte with raspberry coulis wishes you a good day. Yep, we’re back to pictures of Chef Michael’s delicious creations.
Foodie Fieldtrip @savorseattle @GELATIAMO - Michael and I went on this awesome gourmet food tour. We took a few pictures, which don’t even begin to encompass the awesomeness of the tour, but here they are, anyway. If you are in Seattle, this is a completely and totally recommended activity and there’s a bazillion great reviews out there to convince you. Our guide, Brett, was fantastic.
@JaponessaSushi - most mindboggling sushi roll, ever (pictured: orange crush). We just couldn’t stay away; been there twice in the same week. Definitely one of the favorite places now. I think the decor is really, really cool and matches the food.
HAPPY TURKEY DAY!!

The Pike Brewing Company has great beer and fabulous food. It can be found in the building-y bit of the Market. I am especially partial to the wine clams with the Tandem beer.

We’ve actually been to Il Bistro before the tour. When, you wonder? When I turned 21! Whoa! It was a great meal. I was especially enamored by the carpaccio appetizer, as I had never had anything like it before and it was the most perfect appetizer dish. Anyway, during the tour, we tasted the risotto pictured. It was an amazing risotto.
Interesting tidbit: Il Bistro has a really nicely priced happy hour foods. They are also not your typical happy hour foods. We haven’t experienced any yet, but definitely planning to in the future.
